Terms and Conditions for RDN RESIDENCE

By booking with RDN RESIDENCE, you agree to the following terms:

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Check-out time is 12:00 PM (noon). Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability.

Guest Identification

All guests must provide a valid government-issued ID upon check-in as required by Saudi regulations.

Property Care

The apartment must be kept in good condition throughout your stay. Any damages caused during the stay will be charged to the guest.

House Rules

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all apartments. Parties, loud music, and gatherings that disturb other residents are not permitted after 10:00 PM. Pets are not allowed in any of our properties.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary depending on the booking platform. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific details regarding cancellations and refunds.

Liability

RDN RESIDENCE is not liable for any loss of personal belongings during your stay. Guests are responsible for securing their valuables.

Right to Refuse Service

RDN RESIDENCE reserves the right to refuse or cancel any reservation that violates these terms and conditions.
